pubic park, please contact the Maintenance

Repairs to Pool
Decking
Catellus Residential will be making repairs to the
decking in the next 30 to 60 days. It is
anticipated that repairs will take approximately
two weeks to complete.
Re-Keying of
Pool and Ball Park
Both the pool and ball park will be re-keyed. New
keys will be distributed by June 15th. One key
will be issued to each household that will open
both the pool facility and ball park. Additional
keys may be purchased through the management
company at a cost of $25.00 each. You would make
your check payable to SummerLane and mail
along with a copy of your driver's license to
verify ownership, to the management office,
attention Carmen Olivos.

Your message will be copied to the appropriate
vendor for their attention. You will also be
copied on this e-mail so you are aware of the
action being taken and the timeline for repair. If
you do not have e-mail, please call the management
office.
