Clubhouse Rental Procedure

If you are interested in renting the clubhouse for an event, contact Sandy Schneller at (714) 840-9159, sandy@sandyschneller.com and make arrangements to pick a date and to pick up the Reservation form. (or click here to download the form in PDF format).

The clubhouse has been very popular and is frequently booked on the weekends for events. Please keep this in mind when considering use of the clubhouse. We recommend you contact Sandy for data availability a minimum of one month in advance of your event.

Please fill out and return the form along with a check in the amount of $75 made payable to: Summer Lane Maintenance Association. Deposit must be received at least 14 days prior to your event.

(Your check will be held un-cashed until after your event. As long as the Clubhouse is clean and there is no damage, your check will be returned to you.)

Either the day of (or the day before, if no one else has the Clubhouse reserved) you can make arrangements to pick up the key from Sandy. Remember to bring your pool key to your event, this key works the bathrooms and pool area.

Please be considerate of the neighbors if holding a night time event. Also, please have guests park along Plaza Lane before using the street parking.

After your event, please return the key to Sandy as soon as practicable.

As soon as we check out the Clubhouse to see that it is clean, your check will be returned to you.

When using the clubhouse, please ask your guests to park in the open spaces in front of the pool or along Plaza Lane before parking on the interior residential streets. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
